Just wanted to drop you a note to let you know that things are going great!
 
My body feels really light and amazing (my taste buds are so sharp). I am following along with all suggestions for every meal. In bed early and up by 5:30 am for Yoga and meditation. Changing my sleep routine has been the most challenging but I'm doing it and it's worth it. My moods are very even keel these days and that's a blessing.  
 
By discovering Ayurvedic living I have learned a few things about myself this week. It has opened me up to a world of health that I thought only practicing Yoga asanas could do. I realize now that my diet and sleep habits are in need of significant attention. Even my Yoga practice this morning was the first led class I've taken since we last met and I couldn't believe the difference.
